1. Services
AMAZE Laundry Services provides wash & fold, wash & iron, dry cleaning, household and corporate laundry across our service area. Service availability is subject to your pincode.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed are standard rates. The final invoice is confirmed before pickup. Minimum order value is ₹200; orders below this carry a ₹30 convenience fee. Express service is +50% on regular pricing. GST applies as per government regulations.
3. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup and delivery are free on orders above the minimum value. Turnaround times are indicative and may vary based on service type and load. Please ensure someone is available at the scheduled slot.
4. Liability
AMAZE is not liable for pre-existing damage, color bleeding on unmarked garments, shrinkage on items without care labels, or items left unclaimed beyond 30 days. In the rare event of verified damage caused by us, we offer a fair resolution per our service policy.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before pickup at no charge. Once items are picked up, processing begins and cancellation may not be possible.
